Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for certain items including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Products opened after delivery for hygiene reasons
